Pain Pill Dependence
Do you need your pain pill prescription filled earlier in the month now?
Are you making up unusal reasons to tell your doctor to have your prescription filled earlier?

ASSESSING THE SITUATION
Call me to schedule a drug assessment. I will determine the level of your dependence and I will send your private information to a chosen and certified SUBOXONE physician that cares about what has happened in your life. I hand select my certified physicians to meet you personal needs. You will be the NORMAL you have been searching for within a couple of hours or even less in some cases.
A drug assessment consists of a complete drug history, your social support system, your medical history and any problem areas you are experiencing as a result of your continued use of pain medication; i.e. financial, legal, family.
You should expect the drug assessment to take 2 hours. In this two hours I will also explain the SUBOXONE program to you. I will explain the expectations of the physician and myself for you in the program.
You may bring your family or come alone. If you decided to come alone, a meeting in the future with your family is advised but not mandatory. As a family therapist, I assure you the family will stand beside you in your brief journey on SUBOXONE once they understand what you have been going through.

SUBOXONE
SUBOXONE suppresses withdrawal symptoms and decresases cravings to improve treatment retention and reduce illicit pain pill use.
In-office treatment may help reduce the fear of being stigmatized.
Work hours are uninterrupted. Business travel is unrestricted. Leisure travel may be planned. Famiy events can be attended.
Pain Pill Dependence is different from most addictions. I know you did not wake up and decide to become dependent on this type medicaiton. In fact, you probaly experience a love/hate relationship with your pain medication. You probaly feel no one understands. You probaly feel something must be wrong with you if you cannot stop. You may even feel discouraged because your family wants you to just stop, expects you to just stop but the withdrawals are just awful.
I'm here to tell you -- This is an epidemic and there is hope!
You will not have to stand in a methadone clinic line for help. You will not have to be embarrassed in a 12-step meeting. You can receive treatment in the privacy of a doctor's office and Warren Counseling Services.
